Policy
We can take credit card orders on all orders
under $250.00 within the U.S. only! All other orders over $250 or
outside the U.S. must be paid with a Money Order or Cashiers Check. |
| Q. Is my credit
card information safe to send you over the net?
A. Yes. In our shopping
cart system your order is processed over the net by normal means, but your
sensitive credit card data is entered by you securely to a SSL (Secure
Socket Layer) server. You must use a browser that supports SSL (Netscape
and Explorer). We retrieve your data by logging into the SSL server,
so your credit card data is never left exposed. |

| Q. What do
I do if I want an Individual bear that is not listed?
A. We don't have the ability
to list all bears we carry. You must contact us outside of the shopping
cart system to make arrangements for the bear you want. Email at
captain@captain-comics.com
If we know what bear you want then you can use the Individual bear link
to order it through the shopping cart. |
| Q. I figured
out I can change the url address to lower the price of an item in my cart.
Will I get the lower price?
A.
No, we check all orders for price accuracy, so you are wasting your time
(and ours). |
